Ainee Ibarra

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION

Ainee Ibarra joined the Success Center San Francisco in 2014, bringing with her more than 12 years of result-filled financial management experience. She provides leadership and strategic direction for all financial and operational functions, and directly oversees finance, accounting and human resources.

Prior to joining Success Center SF, Ainee served as Financial Analyst Contractor to the United States of Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration where she provide extensive knowledge on grant review, develop and prepare statistical evaluations of fund utilization, research and present facets of policies, legislation, developmental, and evaluation issues that impact the viability of workforce programs and a wide range of discretionary grants.

In 2000, she received her degree in BS Accounting in Manila, Philippines. She migrated in the United States in 2009. Prior to embarking her career in the United States, Ainee worked in private institutions in the Philippines as Budget Officer and Accounting Supervisor, respectively, where she led consulting engagement in cost management, performance management, strategic planning, and organizational change.
